Many times a company is approved for a loan through its bank, or financial institution, but the loan doesn’t close for 4-6 months. During that time we can provide a short-term commercial bridge loan, which will be paid back when the senior loan closes, so your short-term financial needs can be met.

When a bridge loan is made, we look for an "exit strategy" to be certain that our borrowers have a plan to retire the loan through selling or refinancing the property. Bridge loans are usually offered for terms of 12-24 months and many can be refinanced into low cost, long-term financing through Security National Capital. Commercial bridge loans are not only for shorter terms, but are also often needed to close quickly.
